El laboratorio, el alambique, el lugar donde se transforma la energía es sin duda la cocina. En cada casa, no importa el país, ni la cultura ni el nivel económico, hay una cocina que convierte unas hortalizas en un guiso exquisito, unos huevos en una tortilla, un pedazo de carne sangrante en un asado para que toda la familia esté alimentada.
