Artista: Vicenio Galdi
Naples, Italy, 1871 – Rome, Italy, 1961. Model, assistant and possibly lover of the photographer Giuglielmo von Plüshow. He opened his own studio in Rome until the police closed down that of his master, accusing him of being a pornographer. He mainly made nudes which he always placed in classical atmospheres. Though much more explicit than those of von Plüschow or von Gloeden, some of his pictures have erroneously been attributed to these photographers.
