Interiors are part of our subjectivity because they are not only the environment where we move, but also a reflection of our habits, our life. In this issue we have featured different photographers who portray the spaces from an architectural perspective, but also from intimacy, assuming that environment is related to multiple agents: from the person who inhabits it to light, time, or even temperature. We have featured the intimate and at the same time cold gaze of Thomas Ruff, the daily scenes of Daniel Blaufuks, the fleeting moments of Javier Campano, the autobiographical gaze of Alba Yruela, or the anthropological approach of Rochelle Costi. Including an interview with Thomas Ruff by Rosa Olivares, EXIT 74 Interiors also features an autobiographical essay by the author Sergio del Molino, as well as short insertions about the concept of interior by great architects of the 20th century such as Le Corbusier, Louis Khan, Robert Venturi, Luis Barragan or Arata Isozaki. Texts and images that enunciate a starting point: architecture and intimacy are created in contact with experience.
